一、課程目標
本課程主要目的在引導學生閱讀、瞭解、討論、分享和分析有關「服務領導」之相關理論與其發展。探究組織領導人應具備服務領導的特質、能力與角色,及其對組織成員的影響,並探析近幾年新科學觀點的組織觀與服務領導理念之關係。期學習者能有效應用學理發展個人的服務領導立場,並有興趣從事服務領導、組織學習及人力資源發展等相關研究。在學習方法上採綜合活動方式,包括學理講授、分組討論、學生專書導讀、個人分享與閱讀報告等方式。

三、學習目標
修習完成此課程後,學習者應能夠、、、
1. 說明「服務領導」的哲學基礎;
2. 說明「服務領導」理論的緣起與其發展過程;
3. 描述不同學者對服務領導相關議題的詮釋與分析;
4. 反思並確認個人領導哲學、意圖與風格;
5. 有效應用服務領導的理念發展所屬組織成員;
6. 說明服務領導者與組織效能間的關係。
四、作業要求
(一)於課前完成該週閱讀。
(二)兩個人一組負責帶領一次專書閱讀與分享。
(三)每人負責一篇英文(研究)論文的課堂報告。
(四)個人期末報告一則,期末報告內容:
1.個人對「服務領導」的瞭解。
2.嘗試發展與本科目學習內涵相關之簡要研究計畫一份。
3.請嘗試發展一可瞭解特定組織領導人是否具備服務領導理念和領導行為的測量工具。
4.描述您個人在本門課的心得,收穫或疑問。
