History

In August 2000, the Graduate Institute of Educational Leadership and Development was established. It originally belongs to the College of Liberal Arts and was transferred to the College of Education in 2009.

The objective of the institute is to train professional educators and instill the development of Catholic spirits of "Truth, Goodness, Beauty, and Holiness". In August 2002, In-Service Master’s program was setup to provide in-service students in the educational field the opportunity to advance their knowledge and profession.
